Recruitment process

1. Publication of the advertisement on the various recruitment sites (Indeed, APEC, Snitem, Agefiph, Leem, LinkedIn, etc.)

2. Applications collected and analyzed, forwarded to the manager

3. First selection phase - E-mail with our decision sent by the HR department

4. Initial telephone interview with the HR department, accompanied by the manager

5. Second selection phase- E-mail with our decision sent by the HR department

6. Face-to-face meeting with the HR Director and the manager

7. Final decision

The annual reviews (contract, individual, professional), real managerial and HR tools for Olea Medical, allowing for a select meeting between the manager and the employee in order to discuss their personal and professional requirements.

The aims of these reviews are to assess the employee’s performance, to clarify any issues and to set annual objectives. The professional review, which is mandatory every two years, is a career management tool in itself. It is based on listening and discussions in order to identify your professional desires and define your development paths by way of training.
