The FAIREMBO project is an initiative dedicated to promoting and facilitating access to embolization, a technique used in interventional radiology, for the management of postpartum hemorrhage, the leading cause of maternal mortality in emerging countries.
Its primary goal is clear: to save lives by democratizing a safe, minimally invasive technique with proven clinical effectiveness.
Since 2023, we have been fully committed to supporting FAIREMBO and helping to move this hopeful initiative forward.

FAIREMBO places arterial embolization at the heart of rapid response strategies to ensure effective hemostasis and avoid complications linked to heavy surgical interventions.
Its deep commitment to interventional radiologists aims to strengthen their skills and continuously improve their clinical practices.

This engagement goes beyond postpartum hemorrhage alone. FAIREMBO also recognizes the broader value of arterial embolization in treating uterine fibroids, intracranial aneurysms, acute trauma, and preoperative tumor reduction in oncology.

The project is built around three essential pillars:
     – Widening access to arterial embolization in emerging countries
     – Providing high-quality training in interventional radiology for local radiologists
     – Establishing a distribution network for embolization materials to ensure practice accessibility
